Co-produced campaign identity for personalised care across North West London

We partnered with NHS North West London and personalisation expert Jaimee Lewis to co-produce a values-led campaign identity that champions personalised care. Designed with both patients and the local workforce, the toolkit empowers communities to better understand what they can expect from their care – shifting the narrative from “What’s the matter with you?” to “What matters to you?”

This campaign for NHS North West London aimed to embed the principles of personalised care into the everyday experiences of patients and health professionals. Through co-production with residents, workforce members, and community partners, we created a flexible brand identity and communications toolkit designed to spark honest, human-centred conversations – helping people understand their care options and feel confident making informed choices.
