COMMUNICATIONS TOOLKIT, BRAND AND VIDEO FOR INNOVATIVE PAN-LONDON NHS SERVICE

Increasing numbers of people are healthy enough to leave hospital but can’t due to a lack of suitable products or services for their recovery. Discharge Cards can conveniently address the low-cost issues that stop discharge. nooh worked alongside Joseph Fraser, NHS London, and his team to create an impactful brand and comms campaign to raise awareness of this innovative and important service.

Film Campaign for NHS South West London

We created a series of short videos to promote the Pan London NHS Digital Personalised Care Planning Programme - Universal Care Plan.

Health Assessment App for Bloomful

Building on their existing branding with hand-drawn illustrations and straight forward navigation, we created a simple and accessible UX/UI that represents Bloomful and its mission.

100 Stories of Cancer

We created a beautiful book that wove together the stories of 100 people who have been affected by cancer. After a launch event at Maggie’s Hammersmith, 100 Stories became a large community across social media with a podcast and blog.
