Creative Conversations create change

We’re nooh Studio, a British design agency, that cuts through the noise with creative design solutions. We build brands and tell stories that reach more people. From custom branding and graphic design to video production and tailored content, our work is centred on creating meaningful connections between brands and their audiences.

The way we work

At nooh, we believe that the key to great design is listening and understanding. Every brand has its own story, and we make it our mission to dig deep and bring that story to life in ways that matter. Here is how we approach every project:

Listening to understand

Our first step is always to listen. We get to the root by taking the time to understand your sector, your goals, and your audience. This deep understanding shapes everything we create.

Proactive & Commercial

We’re not just designers – we’re problem solvers. Our commercial awareness means we understand the business side of what we do, making sure every design is not only beautiful but also functional and impactful for your bottom line.

We get stuff done

We balance creativity with execution. In business we know that timelines and results matter, and we pride ourselves on being proactive, organised, and driven.

Designing with, not for

Founded on the principles of co-design, this human-centred approach brings together diverse perspectives, expertise, and experiences. Our collaborative process drives the change we want to see in the world through powerful storytelling.

Co-design brings together diverse perspectives, expertise and experiences. it turns end-users and stakeholders into collaborators.

Co-design isn’t just a method – it’s a mindset. It’s about bringing people into the creative process from the very beginning, ensuring that the solutions we design meet real needs. By working with people instead of for them, we build stronger, more meaningful outcomes. Co-design drives lasting change by creating stories and designs that resonate deeply with the very people they’re intended for.

Why does community & storytelling matter?

In 2019, our founder Helena Traill published 100 Stories of Cancer, a book that compiles narratives from individuals affected by cancer. Through design, we aimed to normalise conversations about cancer and create connections by sharing these stories. Designing stories allows us to immerse ourselves in others’ emotions and connect through shared experiences. By using various mediums like animations, brands, books, and social media campaigns, we build powerful communities and reach a wider audience.
