Salary: £25,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week

Summary
We are looking for a highly organised and friendly Studio Assistant to support the Founder and Creative Director. You will proactively manage our processes and coordinate projects, designers and clients. nooh’s Founder is neurodivergent, so you need to be confident in organising multiple projects and people, becoming a central point of contact for our clients and designers.

The Role
TLDR; You will work closely with our Founder and Studio Manager to oversee the production of all of our projects. This includes liaising with our designers, clients and freelancer consultants. Your focus? Comms and seamless project management. The outcome? A growing design studio. Happy designers and high-quality output that delights our clients.
The purpose of the role
Working closely with our Founder and Studio Manager to oversee the production of all projects.
To facilitate the coordination and communication between our designers, clients and freelance consultants.
Along with the success of this role will be the smooth running of the studio machine, resulting in great work and happy clients
Your skills
Assisting with the day-to-day duties of the Founder
Inputting process and timelines into to proposals
Getting new projects set up on our system and communicated to the wider team
Feeding into the evolution of our company WoWs
Sharing your ideas for how we market ourselves
Planning team training and engagement activities
Ability to work across multiple projects with multiple stakeholders
Liaising with clients, partners and designers regarding timings, feedback and deliverables
Updating and chasing clients
Organising and running client meetings
Creating and updating project timelines
Managing the schedules of the design team on a daily basis
Keeping project management software up to date
Ability to work at pace and calmly under pressure
Be decisive, self-sufficient and manage tasks independently
Patient and empathetic
Responsible and trustworthy
Autonomous decision making, problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
How best to use team resource to deliver on time and to budget
Prioritising of tasks within a project
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience
Experience working with neurodivergent individuals or experience working closely with Founders/co-Founders
Ideally, some design understanding, e.g. what does a good process looks like and what makes successful design
Good working knowledge of Gmail, Google Suite, Slack, and Microsoft Office
You’ll ideally have experience of working with clients in the public health, youth or sports space
You’ll have worked on projects that included branding, website design and build, print, marketing and sales collateral

We’ll be delivering on time, to budget and with ease
We’ll be a step ahead of our clients, thinking of things before they do
The Founder will be able to step away from the detail with the confidence that everything is in hand
